Finished Product

After a lot of time since january 3rd to april 1st i got my 85 parisienne painted. Thanks to a man that lives around home doing a great job on the body wrok and painting my car. Every peice that was rusted he either sand blasted all the rust out or cut it out and put new peices in. The car looks like a whole new car now. I have pictures of each stage of the body job that i will put on soon. I have the finished pictures as of now but i will put the others on a later date.

Caprice Now

After having my caprice for almost 4 years it changed it alot. When i first got this car it was light blue with a 4.3 fuel injected engine with a single exhaust system. The car had regular wheels, and all the brakes needed to be changed along with coils and shocks. So i went to work and the first thing i did was take the 4.3 v6 out and put a 350 4 barrel engine in, that motor went so i put a 305 4 barrel engine in. That motor worked perfect but i wanted more power so i put a 350 4 barrel target master in the caprice with a 650 edlebrock carbeurator i also put a 350 turbo transmision with a shift kit in the car. I then realized i didnt like the baby blue paint so i got midnight metallic blue paint, when i got the paint i sanded all the old paint off and did all the body work my self, then i painted the car. Its not as good as i want it yet but i'll probably get it the way i want someday soon.

Car Crazy

Sense i was a little boy theres nothing i loved anymore then cars, not just any cars, only Chev cars. When i was 13 i bought my first car,a 1986 caprice Classic. I put every cent i got my hands on into the car until i got my license. Whatever work that i had to do this car i did myself, from changing motors 3 times, 2 for the fun of it and one because i had to. I also did the body work on this car and painted it my self, i changed rear ends and put lower gears, a put a mini spool in the rear end, i also put corvette wheels on my car and tinted the windows and a lot of other things, i have a 350 4 barrel motor in the car now. I also bought a 1985 parisienne last April. I'm getting a body job done on this car at the time so i can get it ready for summer. Im not doing the body work myself this time im getting somone else to. Ill have pictures after a while of before and after i get the car painted, and throughout the process.
